Baileys Eggnog
Bailey's Eggnog is a festive and delicious holiday drink that is perfect to sip around the Christmas tree! This drink comes together in less than 5 minutes and is rich and comforting.
When it comes to eggnog, I feel like you either love it or you hate it. There's really no in between. Me? I love it. I do like to thin it out with some milk, but I love the taste and drink it every chance I get around the holiday! It only makes sense that I create a cocktail with eggnog.
Baileys Eggnog is about as easy as it gets for holiday cocktails. Pour, shake, and serve! This Baileys and Eggnog cocktail contains only 4 simple ingredients, and can be made in less than 5 minutes. Paired with a yummy treat like Rolo Pretzel Turtles or Ritz Cracker Cookies, and our holiday season just got a whole lot yummier!

Why You'll Love This Recipe
- Simple to Make - only four ingredients and comes together in 5 minutes!
- Goes Great with Cookies - this drink is delicious with Christmas Sugar Cookie Bars or Eggnog Thumbprint Cookies!
- Easy to Make into Big Batch - I've included the measurements to make this for a crowd in the Notes section of the recipe!
Ingredients
Eggnog - I used full fat regular eggnog, which makes this drink super rich and delicious! Looking for an eggnog dessert? Check out my No Bake Eggnog Cheesecake or Boozy Eggnog Bundt Cake!
Milk - I add a little milk to thin it out and counterbalance the richness of the eggnog.
Baileys Irish Cream - Baileys is an Irish cream Liqueur that is cream, cocoa, vanilla, and Irish whiskey. If you're a big fan of Baileys, be sure to check out my No Bake Baileys Cheesecake.
Caramel Vodka - this kicks up the drink a little and adds some yummy caramel flavor.
Refer to the recipe card for the complete list and quantities of ingredients.
Variations
Use Milk Nog - you can skip the milk if you use milk nog, which is thinned out eggnog!
Swap the Eggnog for Hot Chocolate - Not a fan of eggnog? You can use hot chocolate instead.
Use Vanilla Vodka - this would be a delicious option instead of the caramel vodka!
Use Bourbon - instead of vodka, you can use whiskey or bourbon if you prefer.
Top with Whipped Cream - for a little fun flair, add some whipped cream on top!
