About the Cookbooks

Looking for a go-to resource for fast, easy, and delicious recipes that can be on the table in 30 minutes? I have TWO cookbooks that are just that.

My first cookbook, 30-Minute Cooking for Two, is filled with 100 recipes that are made with 8 ingredients or less and are ready in 30 minutes or less. This cookbook is geared towards couples and small families. I cooked from this cookbook all of the time when my kids were very little and they ate small portions! In addition, 30-Minute Cooking for Two is full of tips for kitchen prep that include shopping lists for pantry staples and essential cooking equipment to stock your kitchen with.

My second cookbook, The Easy 30-Minute Cookbook, is geared towards family-sized portions but still meals that can be made in 30 minutes. It also has 100 recipes and is packed with recipes that are budget-friendly, health-conscious, and super tasty—and all of them can be made in half an hour or less! You will also find cooking hacks on how to stock up on ingredients, tricks for faster cooking, and making prep and cleanup super easy. Each recipe is labeled either No-Cook, One Pot, 5-Ingredient, or Superfast (10 minute) meals.
