How to Make Whipped Feta Dip
As mentioned earlier, this is such an easy dip to make! To start, you'll need a food processor or a blender.
- Add all of the ingredients - feta cheese, sour cream, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, and salt - to the food processor or blender.
- Pulse to blend. It's okay if it's not completely smooth. I find that in my food processor there are still small lumps compared to in my blender it gets completely smooth. Either way is delicious!
3. Make the hot honey. To make the hot honey, add the honey and red chili flakes to a small pot and let simmer for 3-4 minutes. This is just to infuse the heat from the chili flakes into the honey.
Serve. To serve, transfer the whipped feta dip into a bowl and then drizzle with the hot honey. Top with chopped chives and some freshly cracked pepper and serve!
