Garlic Parmesan Crisps are an easy 3-ingredient appetizer that take less than 20 minutes to make! They’re made with shredded Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and fresh cracked pepper, and are delicious on their own or served with bruschetta.
I had no idea I was going to love these Parmesan Crisps as much as I did. Obviously I love cheese, but I didn’t realize I would love it even more baked until crispy and used as a cracker! Not only are these Parmesan Crisp Crackers so incredibly easy to make (they only require 3 ingredients!), they’re such an impressive addition to a charcuterie tray or any sort of appetizer table!
They’re perfect for the holidays and serving alongside any dip, especially bruschetta!
This recipe is so so so so so easy! To start, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Then, combine the shredded parmesan cheese with the garlic powder and pepper in a bowl. Give it a little mix to make sure everything is combined.
Drop 1 tbsp piles onto the parchment paper, and spread it out so it’s not a thick pile. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes. The edges should be golden and the middle will be melted. Let them cool completely, until they can easily be picked up.
This recipe for Garlic Parmesan Crisps is delicious in place of any time you would use crackers. My favorite way to serve them is with homemade bruschetta. I actually don’t have a recipe for bruschetta on my blog because I just eyeball it most of the time.
