How to Get Crispy Sweet Potatoes - if you have a smaller air fryer, you might need to cook these air fryer sweet potato cubes in two batches to get them crispy. I found I was able to fit all of the sweet potatoes in my 4-quart Instant Pot Air Fryer.

Storage - store leftover sweet potatoes in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.

Reheat - you can microwave leftovers, or throw them back in the air fryer and air fry them for 5-7 minutes.
