Bacon Egg Biscuit Breakfast Casserole is just like a Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit, but in biscuit casserole form! This breakfast casserole with biscuits is SO easy and delicious and perfect for weekend brunch!
One of my most popular recipes on greens & chocolate is my Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit Breakfast Casserole, and I couldn't agree with you all more - it's so delicious! That's why I had to create a bacon version with this Bacon Egg Biscuit Breakfast Casserole.
The ingredients in this breakfast casserole are super simple and basic. There's, of course, bacon! You can use whatever your favorite brand and variety of bacon - I love using our local grocery store's hickory smoked bacon. Next, there's a can of biscuits, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. That's it!
First, you'll want to cook your bacon. I prefer baking mine in the oven, which I do at 425 for 15-20 minutes. You can pan-fry it or even cook it in the microwave if you want.
Next, you'll cut up the biscuits. I usually cut each biscuit into three strips and then each strip into thirds. So basically each biscuit will be cut into 9 small chunks. If you cut them much bigger, it could affect cooking time, so be sure to keep the chunks small.
After spreading the biscuits into a greased 9x13" baking pan, you'll sprinkle the chopped bacon and shredded cheese over the biscuits and then finally cover with an egg and milk combination. Then you'll bake it for 40-45 minutes in a 350 degree F oven, and you'll be on your way to Bacon Biscuit Breakfast Casserole heaven!

This casserole looks soo delicious! Now I have to make it and let all the family try it. It doesn't take a lot of ingredients and seems simple.
Can you be more specific about type of biscuits? What type? Frozen?
Hi Kathy! This recipe uses refrigerated canned biscuits 🙂
How much milk? How many eggs? Am I missing party of recipe?
