These pretzels would be great for gifting, too! You can put them in a festive bag or tin, put a pretty ribbon on them, and gift to friends, family, and teachers.

Why You'll Love This Recipe
- Easy - this recipe takes 5 minutes to put together and so easy to bake!
- Crowd Pleaser - these pretzels are always a huge hit with everyone who tries them.
- Festive - using festive pretzels, these are really fun to add to a holiday tray.
Ingredients
Holiday Shaped Pretzels - of course, not necessary to be holiday shaped, but it does make them more festive!
Ranch Seasoning Mix - the kind that comes in the packet, next to the salad dressings at most grocery stores. This gives this ranch pretzel recipe the ranch flavor.
Garlic Powder - for extra garlic flavor.
Oil - I use vegetable oil to help the seasoning stick to the pretzels.
Please refer to the recipe card for the complete list of ingredients and quantities.
Variations
Spicy Ranch Seasoning - if you want a kick to your pretzels, use spicy ranch seasoning mix.
Cayenne Pepper - you can also add a pinch or two of cayenne pepper if you want spicy ranch pretzels.
More Spices - I like to keep it simple with the two seasonings listen above but you can add some dried dill weed, onion powder, and salt to taste.
Different Oil - I think vegetable or canola oil works best but you could also use melted butter, olive oil, avocado oil, or popcorn oil.
Different Type of Cracker - Instead of pretzels, you can use mini saltine crackers or oyster crackers.
Different Type of Pretzel - while it's fun to make these with holiday shaped pretzels, you can definitely make these with pretzel sticks, mini pretzels, or pretzel rounds.
Step by Step Instructions

Photo 1. Add pretzels, oil, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder to a large Ziplock or a big bowl and mix until well combined.
Photo 2. Lay out evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for 20 minutes. That's it! Let them cool and then serve.
Expert Tips
Storage - I like to store these in a gallon size bag like a Ziploc bag in the freezer so they last long. You can also store them in the fridge in an airtight container or even room temperature for up to 5 days.
Make Ahead - these are great for a make-ahead holiday snack. As mentioned above, they keep really well in the freezer and are perfect for pulling out when the snack craving appears or you have a holiday gathering.
