Grilled Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts are one of my favorite side veggies to make with dinner. I typically roast them during the cooler months, but in the summer I take to the grill! Grilled brussels sprouts are full of flavor from not only the marinade, but also from the smokiness of the grill. These are always a favorite when we are grilling out!

How to Make Grilled Brussels Sprouts

This recipe for brussels sprouts on the grill is super easy! To start, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. It should be at about 400 degrees F. Next, trim and halve the brussels sprouts. To do this, simply cut the ends off each Brussels sprout and then cut each one in half. Place the Brussels sprouts in a bowl and then add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, garlic, and salt and toss well to combine.

Add the brussels sprouts to a grill pan and then place on the preheated grill. Grill the brussels sprouts for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. They should be slightly crisped and softened throughout.

Serve them immediately topped with some grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy! These brussels sprouts are delicious with some grilled chicken and toasted bread, alongside burgers and brats, or with some grilled bread and a caprese salad for a vegetarian dinner.
