Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Coffee is a delicious fall coffee treat made with cold brew coffee and pumpkin spiced creamer! It tastes just like Starbuck’s Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Coffee but costs WAY less!
I’m not a super frequent Starbucks goer, but there are a couple of times a year when I will make a point to visit. One time around the holidays I will go for their Peppermint Mocha Latte and the other is for their Pumpkin Foam Cold Brew Coffee. I was never a huge fan of pumpkin spice lattes, but once I tried the cold brew with the pumpkin foam, I was hooked.
Of course, this can’t be an every day treat because it’s not the cheapest drink. I wanted to make it on my own to be able to enjoy it more regularly during the fall, and also make it a little healthier than the Starbuck’s version. The cold foam is a combination of half and half, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice, and it totally hits the spot on top of a glass of cold brew!
To start, you either need to buy some cold brew coffee from the store or make your own. I always follow this recipe! Cold brew typically takes about 12-18 hours to steep, so you’ll need to plan ahead if you want to make it.
Next, make the pumpkin cream. I like to use a mason jar so I can shake it really well and get the pumpkin cream nice and foamy. To the mason jar, add half and half, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Close the lid and then shake it really well. I like to shake it for about 60 seconds. You can also use a frother, if you have one.
In a glass, add some ice and the amount of cold brew you would like and then top with a few tablespoons of the pumpkin cream. I always just eyeball it, so you can really add however much you want!
Serve and ENJOY!
