No Churn Peach Ice Cream is made with four easy ingredients – fresh peaches, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk! This easy no churn ice cream recipe is perfect for a cool summer treat!
We are BIG ice cream fans in our household and there’s nothing much better or special than a batch of homemade ice cream. We do love using our ice cream maker to churn the ice cream, but I love a good no churn ice cream recipe, too. This No Churn Peach Ice Cream is so easy to make, requiring no ice cream maker, and only four simple ingredients!
This recipe is a perfect use for peach season, when peaches are perfectly ripe and bursting with flavor! We love using Tree Ripe Peaches which we get every year, because they always have so much flavor.
- Fresh Peaches – you’ll want to use ripe peaches for this recipe so they add sweetness and flavor to the ice cream.
- Heavy Whipping Cream – this is what makes the ice cream so creamy!
- Salt
- Vanilla Extract
- Sweetened Condensed Milk – this recipe replaces the custard from a typical ice cream recipe and replaces it with the cream and sweetened condensed milk. Â Since sweetened condensed milk has the water removed from it, it keeps the ice cream super creamy!
How to Make No Churn Peach Ice Cream
This recipe really is so easy to make. To start, cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Cut the peaches into large chunks and then puree them in a food processor or blender until pureed.
Next, add the chilled heavy cream to a large bowl along with salt and vanilla extract, and beat until stiff peaks form. You’ll know the peaks are stiff when you take the beater out of the bowl and the cream forms peaks that do not flop over.
To the whipped cream, add the sweetened condensed milk and peach puree and mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a bread pan or baking dish and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, until frozen.
Once frozen, scoop and enjoy!
Peach Ice Cream Variations
While this peach ice cream is delicious as is, there are many things you could add to make it your own!
- Add one more peach, diced, for some chunks in the ice cream
- Add pecans for some crunch
- Add graham cracker crumbs for an ice cream reminiscent of peach pie
- Fold in raspberries for raspberry peach ice cream
- Add some caramel sauce for a delicious caramel peach ice cream!
