Crock Pot Caesar Chicken is an insanely easy recipe for Caesar Chicken that can be used for sandwiches, wraps, or salads!
I’m not usually huge into Caesar salads, but this pregnancy has me craving a lot of things I don’t usually crave, and a Caesar salad is one of them! I’m not sure if it’s the crunchy romaine lettuce, the shaved Parmesan cheese, or the salty croutons, but I really can’t get enough of them. When you add some of this Crock Pot Caesar Chicken to the salads, it’s just too good!
Are you ready for this? There’s a whopping FOUR ingredients in this recipe.
Chicken Breasts – boneless skinless, preferably.
Caesar Dressing – the better quality dressing, the better the chicken will be! Whenever I buy bottled salad dressing, I go for the refrigerated kind.
Chicken Broth
Parmesan Cheese
This recipe is truly a dump it and set it recipe. All you do is place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and then top with the Caesar dressing and chicken broth. After 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low, the chicken is ready to be shredded and devoured.
This chicken is super versatile. You can eat it alone, with some roasted veggies. You can put it in a wrap, on a sandwich, or on an actual Caesar salad! So many possibilities.
This chicken is also great to make at the beginning of the week to have for lunches. That’s what I did and I loved knowing it was in my refrigerator for me each day! My personal favorite was wrapping it in a tortilla with some romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and an extra drizzle of Caesar dressing.
