Garlic Parmesan Green Beans

A super easy side dish recipe for green beans cooked in a skillet with fresh garlic and grated Parmesan cheese!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
  • Add the green beans, season with salt, and cover, cooking for 10-15 minutes. Stir often.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook another 2 minutes, stirring well to combine.
  • Add the Parmesan, give a quick stir, and then serve.
