- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- bread for toasting
- pepper to taste
- 2 avocados mashed or sliced
Add the cottage cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to taste to food processor.
Blend until pureed.
Spread desired amount of whipped cottage cheese to the toast. Top with sliced or mashed avocado.
Top with more fresh cracked pepper, if desired. Enjoy!
