Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • bread for toasting
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 avocados mashed or sliced

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to taste to food processor.
  • Blend until pureed.
  • Spread desired amount of whipped cottage cheese to the toast. Top with sliced or mashed avocado.
  • Top with more fresh cracked pepper, if desired. Enjoy!
