- 1 cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 banana mashed
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup dried cherries, cranberries, or raisins
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, mashed banana, egg, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
Fold in the oats, dried cherries, and pecans.
Form into ¼ cup cookie dough balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 12-14 minutes.
