- 4 cups brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½-1 tablespoon Sriracha depending on spice tolerance
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- fresh chopped cilantro for serving
Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F.
Prep the brussels sprouts by trimming off the ends. If your brussels sprouts are on the larger side, cut them in half. Mine were pretty small so I did not cut them in half.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, garlic, and salt.
Toss the brussels sprouts in 3 tablespoon of the sweet and spicy mixture.
Add the brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket.
Cook for 8 minutes, stir the brussels sprouts with a spatula, and then cook another 7-8 minutes, until crispy.
Toss the brussels sprouts with the remaining sweet and spicy mixture.
Serve topped with cilantro.
Enjoy!
