- 1 cup milk I used unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- ⅓ cup yogurt vanilla or plain works
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds optional, can also use flaxseed
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Frozen peaches work best in this recipe, but if you just have fresh, you can add those too. Simply add a handful of ice to the smoothie.
- To freeze: you can freeze the smoothie in an ice cube tray. They can be thrown directly into a blender with a little more milk (¼ cup) and blended. In addition, you can freeze them in jars and thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
