Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder I use Clean Simple Eats
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the blender, in the order listed.
  • Puree until creamy.
  • Divide into two cups and enjoy!
