- 1 pork tenderloin see notes
- 1 packet French Onion Dip Mix
- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 1 lb red potatoes quartered
- ¼ cup butter melted
- ½ cup chicken broth
Add the pork tenderloin, potatoes, and green beans to slow cooker.
Sprinkle with onion dip mix and then drizzle with melted butter and broth.
Give it a little toss. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
Serve and enjoy!
- You can use two pork tenderloins in this recipe, if you want to serve more than 4 people. Just add a couple more tablespoons of butter and ¼ cup of chicken broth to account for the additional meat.
