Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin and Potatoes

A super easy slow cooker recipe that is perfect for busy weeknights! Tender pork tenderloin and flavorful potatoes and green beans will be a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin see notes
  • 1 packet French Onion Dip Mix
  • 1 lb green beans trimmed
  • 1 lb red potatoes quartered
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Add the pork tenderloin, potatoes, and green beans to slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle with onion dip mix and then drizzle with melted butter and broth.
  • Give it a little toss. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use two pork tenderloins in this recipe, if you want to serve more than 4 people. Just add a couple more tablespoons of butter and ¼ cup of chicken broth to account for the additional meat.
