- 2 lbs shrimp peeled, de-veined, tail-on (12-15 count)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- zest from 1 lemon
- juice from 1 lemon
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
In a large bowl, add the shrimp, olive oil, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Toss well to combine.
Evenly spread out on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. The shrimp should be pink throughout and curled.
Serve with shrimp cocktail sauce. Enjoy!
