- 5 slices bacon
- 1 lb ground turkey 93/7 works best
- 1 ounce ranch seasoning
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
Cook the bacon using your favorite method. I prefer baking it in the oven.
Let the bacon cool a bit and then chop.
In a bowl, mix together the ground turkey, chopped bacon, ranch seasoning, egg, and breadcrumbs until well combined. You can use a wooden spatula or your hands to do this.
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat and grease well.
Form the burger mixture into patties.
Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the burgers have char marks and are cooked through. Place slices of cheese on the burgers for the last 2 minutes.
Serve on buns and enjoy!
