Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoon milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips plus more for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Add the oats, milk, banana, eggs, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to a blender.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Puree until smooth.
  • Add to a greased 8x8" baking pan.
  • Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips and sliced bananas, if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
  • Serve and enjoy!
