Italian Sausage and Peppers Pasta Bake

- 10 ounces penne pasta
- 12 ounces Italian chicken sausage links (4-5 links) sliced
- 20 ounces marinara
- 1 cup Giardiniera Chicago Pepper Mix drained from excess oil
- 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
While the pasta is cooking, slice the chicken sausage and drain the Giardiniera.
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, chicken sausage, marinara, Giardiniera, and 1 cup of Italian cheese.
Dump into a 9x9" baking dish (or something similar) and top with remaining cup of cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. The cheese should be melted and the pasta baked should be bubbling.
