- 2 large sweet potatoes
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt

- diced green onions or chopped parsley for garnish and flavor
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prep the sweet potatoes by slicing them into bite-sized pieces. I like to cut the sweet potatoes into ~¼" rounds and then cut the rounds into quarters.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, hot sauce garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt. Add pepper to taste/preferenc.
Drizzle the honey mixture over the sweet potatoes and toss to combine.
Spread the sweet potatoes out onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes, toss, and then bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve topped with chopped green onions or parsley. Enjoy!
