Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix

An easy and delicious hot cocoa mix recipe - just add water!

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 cups powdered milk
  • 1 ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together until well combined.
  • Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
  • To make hot cocoa, add ¼ to ½ cup to 1 cup of hot water and mix well to combine .
