- 12 cups rice krispies
- 1 cup salted butter if you use unsalted, add ½ teaspoon of salt
- 20 ounces mini marshmallows
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (for stirring in)
- 1 ½ cup mini Cadbury eggs
- sprinkles
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the 20 ounces of mini marshmallows to the butter and cook until melted, stirring constantly.
Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract followed by the rice krispies.
Gently stir in the additional mini marshmallows and Cadbury eggs.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13" baking dish.
Gently press it down, being careful not to do it too firmly.
Let them cool 20-30 minutes before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
