Bacon Cheese Turnovers

- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry thawed according to package directions
- 4 slices bacon cooked
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg white
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Unroll the puff pastry onto a floured surface. Using a rolling pin, roll out the puff pastry.
Cut the puff pastry into four squares.
Position each square as a diamond and place one piece of bacon down the center of each diamond.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Place the turnovers on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and brush with egg white.
Bake in the preheated oven for 16-18 minutes, until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
