Air Fryer Acorn Squash
An easy and delicious recipe for acorn squash made in the air fryer.

- 1 acorn squash
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 4 tablespoon brown sugar
Cut the acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
Brush the halves with olive oil
Place the halves in the air fryer.
Cook for 15 minutes at 375 degrees F.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoon brown sugar to each half and cook another 10 minutes.
Serve!
Add a pinch of cinnamon with the brown sugar to add a bit of warm spice.
If you're having a hard time cutting the squash, pierce it with a fork a few times and then microwave for 2 minutes to soften it a little.
