Green Goddess Chicken Salad

- 12 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt I use whole milk greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- juice from ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoon fresh basil
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 shallot diced
- 3 stalks celery finely chopped
In a food processor or blender, add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, herbs, salt, and pepper and blend until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of milk or water if needed to thin it out a bit.
Add the chicken, shallot, celery, and Green goddess dressing to a large bowl and toss to combine.
