- 16 ounces cottage cheese I recommend 4% milk fat
- ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1.3 ounces taco seasoning I recommend Siete
- 4 ounces diced green chiles
- fresh chopped cilantro for topping
Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and taco seasoning to a food processor or blender.
Blend until well combined and pureed.
Stir in the diced green chiles.
Serve topped with fresh chopped cilantro and enjoy!
Storage - store cottage cheese taco dip in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
