Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cottage cheese I recommend 4% milk fat
  • ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1.3 ounces taco seasoning I recommend Siete
  • 4 ounces diced green chiles
  • fresh chopped cilantro for topping

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and taco seasoning to a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until well combined and pureed.
  • Stir in the diced green chiles.
  • Serve topped with fresh chopped cilantro and enjoy!

Notes

Storage - store cottage cheese taco dip in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Make Ahead - this recipe is super easy to prep ahead of time! I like to make a batch and use it throughout the week to dip veggies in.
