Almond Butter Granola Bars

- 2 ⅓ cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup almond butter
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate
Line an 8x8" baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt until smooth and well combined.
Add the oats and coconut and mix to combine.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Press into the prepared baking dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally at least 4 hours.
Slice and enjoy!
Store in the refrigerator.
