Almond Butter Granola Bars

An easy no-bake granola bars made with almond butter.

Ingredients

  • 2 ⅓ cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8" baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt until smooth and well combined.
  • Add the oats and coconut and mix to combine.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Press into the prepared baking dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally at least 4 hours.
  • Slice and enjoy!
  • Store in the refrigerator.
