- 1 3 lbJennie-O Oven Ready Turkey Breast
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 tablespoons butter at room temperature
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Remove turkey breast from bag.
In a bowl, mix together herbs, garlic, salt, and butter until well combined.
Cover turkey breast with herb butter mixture on each side.
Place in roasting pan.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 2 hours, or until internal thermometer comes out to 165 degrees F.
Let turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
