gorgonzola chicken pasta salad

Ingredients

rotini pasta
cooked according to package

plain yogurt

mayonnaise

buttermilk
Juice of 1 lemon

teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
dried chives

teaspoon
smoked paprika
¼
teaspoon
salt
⅛
teaspoon
pepper
¼
cup
chopped green onions
6
slices
bacon
cooked and chopped
4
oz
container gorgonzola cheese
½
cup
diced tomatoes
2
chicken breasts
cooked and diced
1
cup
chopped spinach

Instructions
Cook pasta according to directions. Set aside.
In medium bowl, combine yogurt, mayo, buttermilk, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried chives, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Combine pasta with dressing, green onions, bacon, gorgonzola cheese, tomatoes, chicken, and spinach.
Serve immediately.
