- 2 cups long grain rice
- 4 cups chicken broth water works, too
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- juice from 1 lime
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 9x13" baking dish.
Add all of the ingredients to the dish and give it a little stir.
Cover with foil and bake for 55 minutes.
