Italian Pasta Salad
Italian Pasta Salad is an easy pasta salad recipe made with bowtie pasta, pepperoni, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, and Italian dressing.

- 8 ounces bowtie pasta
- 1 cup pepperoni chopped
- ¼ red onion finely diced
- 1 English cucumber peeled and diced
- 8 ounces cherry or grape tomatoes halved
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Once its cooked, strain it and run it under cold water.
While the pasta is cooking, prep the veggies, cheese, and pepperoni.
Combine cooked pasta, pepperoni, onion, cucumber, tomatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Add the oregano and Italian dressing and stir well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
Enjoy!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days.
