No Boil Lemon Parmesan Pasta
A super easy no boil pasta bake recipe with lemon and parmesan!

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 ounces short noodle pasta uncooked
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups half and half
- 2 ½ cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- zest from 1 lemon
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Add all of the ingredients to a 9x13" baking dish and stir gently. The cream cheese will stay a brick until it has been baked.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, stir well to get the cream cheese incorporated into the sauce. Cover again with foil and bake another 20 minutes.
Stir well. Serve topped with fresh chopped basil.
