Greek Fries with Feta Sauce
Frozen French fries are combined with Greek spices and feta cheese for an easy and delicious side dish!

Ingredients
Greek Fries

frozen French fries
(approximately - this easily can be adapted to how much you need!)

olive oil

teaspoon
dried oregano
½
teaspoon
dried dill
½
teaspoon
dried parsley
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
salt
½
cup
crumbled feta cheese
Feta Sauce
4
ounces
feta cheese
1
cup
plain Greek yogurt
2
tablespoon
mayonnaise
3
tablespoon
milk
juice from 1 lemon
1
teaspoon
lemon zest
1
tablespoon
fresh chopped parsley
1
tablespoon
fresh chopped dill
½
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven according to package directions.
In a bowl, add the fries.
Drizzle with olive oil and then add oregano, dill, parsley, garlic, and salt.
Spread out on a large baking sheet.
Bake according to package directions.
Sprinkle feta over the fries for the last 2-3 minutes.
While the fries are baking, prepare the feta sauce.
Add all of the feta sauce ingredients to a small food processor.
Puree until smooth.
Serve fries topped with additional fresh parsley, with feta sauce.
Notes
The fries can also be cooked in the air fryer, if you have one. Cook at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, until crispy.
