Greek Fries with Feta Sauce

Frozen French fries are combined with Greek spices and feta cheese for an easy and delicious side dish!

Ingredients

Greek Fries

  • 13 ounces frozen French fries (approximately - this easily can be adapted to how much you need!)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Feta Sauce

  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven according to package directions.
  • In a bowl, add the fries.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and then add oregano, dill, parsley, garlic, and salt.
  • Spread out on a large baking sheet.
  • Bake according to package directions.
  • Sprinkle feta over the fries for the last 2-3 minutes.
  • While the fries are baking, prepare the feta sauce.
  • Add all of the feta sauce ingredients to a small food processor.
  • Puree until smooth.
  • Serve fries topped with additional fresh parsley, with feta sauce.

Notes

The fries can also be cooked in the air fryer, if you have one. Cook at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, until crispy.
