Roasted Tomatoes with Burrata

- 1 pint Bushel Boy Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 round of burrata cheese about 3-4 ounces
- fresh chopped basil for topping
- crostini for serving
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place tomatoes on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until they start to burst open.
Serve the tomatoes on top or alongside burrata cheese, garnished with fresh basil.
Serve with crostini.
