- 3 ⅓ cups old fashioned oats
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup melted butter or oil
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, add the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt, and stir well to combine.
Add the milk, eggs, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla, and stir well to combine.
Spray a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
Pour the oat mixture into the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. The edges will be slightly golden and the middle will be set.
Serve topped with nuts, nut butter, fruit, maple syrup, cream/milk. Enjoy!
