Ingredients

  • 3 ⅓ cups old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup melted butter or oil
  • cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, add the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt, and stir well to combine.
  • Add the milk, eggs, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla, and stir well to combine.
  • Spray a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Pour the oat mixture into the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. The edges will be slightly golden and the middle will be set.
  • Serve topped with nuts, nut butter, fruit, maple syrup, cream/milk. Enjoy!
