Greek Yogurt Tuna Salad

A lightened up recipe for tuna salad made with a combination of Greek Yogurt and mayonnaise!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces canned white albacore tuna, in water drained
  • 1 stalk celery, minced
  • 2 tablespoon red onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoon green onion, diced
  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the tuna, celery, red onion, green onion, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Serve in a sandwich, in a tortilla, on top of greens, on toast, or in an avocado.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

This tuna salad can be served many ways. We love it in a sandwich, on a croissant, as a tuna melt, on top of a bed of greens, in a tortilla, in half of an avocado or tomato, or inside a half of a cucumber that has been scooped out! Or you can simply use it as a dip for crackers.
