Blueberry Vinaigrette

An easy blueberry salad dressing recipe that is perfect for mixed green salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup white balsamic vinegar regular balsamic vinegar works, too
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until blended, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve with mixed greens and enjoy!

Notes

This homemade blueberry vinaigrette will last 1 week in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
I store my homemade salad dressings in mason jars with lids in the refrigerator. I have a variety of sizes which works well for different amounts of dressing. I also have these jars which have a sealed wood lid that I like to store them in.
