Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 4 cups brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½-1 tablespoon Sriracha depending on spice tolerance
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • fresh chopped cilantro for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F.
  • Prep the brussels sprouts by trimming off the ends. If your brussels sprouts are on the larger side, cut them in half. Mine were pretty small so I did not cut them in half.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, garlic, and salt.
  • Toss the brussels sprouts in 3 tablespoon of the sweet and spicy mixture.
  • Add the brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8 minutes, stir the brussels sprouts with a spatula, and then cook another 7-8 minutes, until crispy.
  • Toss the brussels sprouts with the remaining sweet and spicy mixture.
  • Serve topped with cilantro.
  • Enjoy!
