No Bake Eggnog Cheesecake

A graham cracker crust with a no-bake filling made with eggnog, cream cheese, and Cool Whip!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup butter melted

For the Cheesecake:

  • 16 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter, and mix well to combine.
  • Press the crumb mixture into a 9" springform pan evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy, about 2 minutes.
  • Add the sugar and eggnog, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon, beating well until combined.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip until combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on top of crust.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours prior to serving.
  • Cut, serve, and enjoy!
