- 4 cups chopped pineapple
- 4 cups chopped cantaloupe
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 6 ounces blueberries
- 6 ounces blackberries
- 4 kiwis peeled and sliced
For the dressing:
- ¼ cup lime juice about 2 large limes
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup chopped mint
Combine all fruit in a large bowl.
Whisk together lime juice honey, and mint, and pour over fruit mixture.
Stir to combine.
