Calories: 536kcal
- Large lettuce leaves such as bibb or romaine
- 16 ounces bacon
- 6 large eggs
- 8 ounces sliced turkey and ham deli meat
- 1 large tomato sliced
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Blue cheese crumbles
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place bacon on a baking sheet (I line mine with aluminum foil). Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until cooked to your preferred crispiness.
Let cool.
While the bacon is cooking, you can hard boil the eggs.
Bring a pot of water to boil. Carefully lower the eggs into boiling water and boil for 11 minutes. Immediately place eggs into ice bath and chill for 15 minutes.
To assemble, place desired amount of bacon, turkey, ham, tomato, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese into each lettuce leaf. Top with one sliced hard boiled egg and drizzle with ranch.
Wrap up and enjoy!
