- 2 2.6 ounce packets StarKist Selects E.V.O.O.™ Yellowfin Tuna
- 1 14 ounce can white Northern beans drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ Lemon, juiced
- ½ small white onion finely diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 2 green onions diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes diced
In a medium bowl, combine tuna, beans, olive oil, lemon juice, onion, parsley, and green onions.
Season with salt and pepper.
