Ingredients

  • 1 3 lbJennie-O Oven Ready Turkey Breast
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 tablespoons butter at room temperature

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Remove turkey breast from bag.
  • In a bowl, mix together herbs, garlic, salt, and butter until well combined.
  • Cover turkey breast with herb butter mixture on each side.
  • Place in roasting pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for approximately 2 hours, or until internal thermometer comes out to 165 degrees F.
  • Let turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice and enjoy!
