Sheet Pan Maple Chicken and Vegetables (Trader Joe's Recipe!)

- 1.3 lb boneless skinless chicken tenders
- 16 ounces brussels sprouts ends cut off and halved
- 2 cups cubed butternut squash
- ¼ cup Trader Joe's Maple Vinaigrette
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray (line with foil first to make cleanup easier)
Toss the Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, and chicken in the maple vinaigrette and spread out on baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the squash is tender and the chicken is cooked through.
