Berry Yogurt Salad

Berry Yogurt Salad is a delicious combination of fresh berries, strawberry Greek yogurt, Cool Whip, and pudding mix.

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces strawberries sliced
  • 16 ounces blueberries
  • 8 ounces raspberries
  • 32 ounces strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and pudding mix. I found this easiest to do with a hand electric mixer so there were no lumps.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip.
  • Fold in the berries.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • If not serving immediately, cover and refrigerate.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
