Turkey Sloppy Joes

- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey (I use 93/7)
- ½ white onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the onion and ground turkey, and cook until the turkey is browned, breaking it up as it cooks, and the onion is translucent.
Add the garlic, and cook 1 more minute.
Add the ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, Worcestershire, and mustard.
Stir well and bring to a simmer.
Let cook for 10 minutes.
Serve on buns. Enjoy!
