Christmas Rice Krispie Truffles
Easy truffles made with Rice Krispie Treats, dipped in almond bark, and decorated with festive sprinkles.

- 6 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 16 ounce bag mini marshmallows
- 6 cups holiday Rice Krispie cereal
- 20 ounce Vanilla Almond Bark
- holiday sprinkles
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the marshmallows, stirring until completely melted and combined with the butter.
Remove from the heat and add the cereal, stirring well but gently to combine.
Form the mixture into truffles. I used a cookie scoop and them rolled them between my palms.
Melt the almond bark according to package directions.
Dip each truffle into the almond bark, place on a wax paper lined baking sheet, and decorate with sprinkles.
Let them set up on a wax paper lined baking sheet. Enjoy!
