Christmas Rice Krispie Truffles

Easy truffles made with Rice Krispie Treats, dipped in almond bark, and decorated with festive sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 16 ounce bag mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups holiday Rice Krispie cereal
  • 20 ounce Vanilla Almond Bark
  • holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the marshmallows, stirring until completely melted and combined with the butter.
  • Remove from the heat and add the cereal, stirring well but gently to combine.
  • Form the mixture into truffles. I used a cookie scoop and them rolled them between my palms.
  • Melt the almond bark according to package directions.
  • Dip each truffle into the almond bark, place on a wax paper lined baking sheet, and decorate with sprinkles.
  • Let them set up on a wax paper lined baking sheet. Enjoy!
